We are delighted to welcome you to our estate, the Clos des Prés Carrés.
‘La Maline‘ was Le Clos’ first holiday villa.
Its little sister, ‘La Belle et Rebelle’, is due to open in summer 2024.
Other projects are still to come.
We’re working hard to be able to offer you, as soon as possible, a friendly space in Le Clos with a tree-lined playground.
Our aim is to create a holiday destination where everyone can feel relaxed, have fun and leave with unforgettable memories.

The enclosed area makes it easy to park vehicles.
Heated swimming pool
The villa has its own heated swimming pool (optional on request from 1/10 to 31/03, subject to weather conditions and government decisions).
Dishwashers, Washing machines, tumble dryers
The villas have dishwashers and washing machines (dryers are also available in La Maline).
Children's pack
We can provide you with a cot, a booster seat and a BB bath.
Heating and air conditioning
Each flat has heating, air conditioning and heated towels.
Kitchen
You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. Simple coffee machine and Nespresso or Senséo, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer…
Entry and exit
Arrivals are from 4.30pm and departures before 10am.
We can be flexible on these times depending on our requirements with regard to other holidaymakers.

Cancellation policy
70% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival.
50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival.
Payment
Deposit of 30% of the rental amount on booking by credit card.
Balance 14 days before the start of the rental period by credit card.
Deposit 2000€ (La Maline) or 1500€ (La Belle et Rebelle) by credit card, cheque or cash, before the start of the rental period.
Rules for villas and cocoons
Pets are not accepted. The accommodation is non-smoking.
Parties are not permitted.
Housekeeping is compulsory.
We accept credit cards.
Housework included
Compulsory cleaning package: You must leave the accommodation tidy, with clean crockery and bins emptied. We take care of disinfecting surfaces and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
Optional cleaning
Optional cleaning package: You’ll need to leave the house as clean as you found it on your arrival, and don’t forget the dust, sanitaryware, hoover and mop. We set high standards for the quality of our cleaning.
Bed and household linen
We provide towels, bath sheets, bed linen and tea towels.

Whether you prefer Ile de Ré or Oléron, the cycle paths around each island will be a joy to explore. You can also cycle from your accommodation to La Rochelle and visit the town.
Shops
You’ll love the small shops and local markets. The bakery is 200 m from the clos and the Bar Restaurant Ciboulette & Cie is 800 m away.
